Nightcrawler

Ever worked on a project and get to a part where you're like pretty much stomped trying to figure out how you're gonna pull this visual effect off? sure you have. For this piece, that challenge was to capture Nightcrawler in the moment as he's just porting in. Like a freeze frame. In my own head he's just materializing. e.g. star trek, minus the sparkles. I wanted a bit of the visual realism/lighting of the movie, yet keeping true to the comic book with the trademark colours. The results are not groundbreaking, but definately had the opportunity to flex my creative muscles. Praises to adjustment layers and layer modes! Anyhow, Thanks for checking it out!
